Welcome to make a purchase on BioPublisher. However, if you need to return an item, we're here to help.
a. Canceling Journal Subscriptions
It's very important to us that you're happy with your journal subscription purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact the appropriate subscription journal editorial. In most cases, the journal subscription can be refunded for any remaining issues. The journal editorial can also update your address or help with any other concerns you may have.

b. Canceling an Online Subscription
If you are not completely satisfied with any Online Subscription, you may request a refund by contacting the appropriate subscription journal editorial within 7 days of the original date of subscription. After the initial 7-day period, you are not eligible for a refund of any kind upon cancellation. If you cancel within the 7-day period, your access to the subscription will be terminated immediately. We do not provide partial-month (prorated) refunds.
The APC (Article Processing Cost) can be refunded only under the condition of agreement with the editorial office.
When refunds can be made?
Once we receive your item(s), a refund is initiated immediately. Usually in about 2-3 weeks. Most refunds are fully refunded in 3-5 days after we receive and process your return.
