Turkey, with its favorable geographic position, has access to the fish resources in marine and freshwaters. Therefore, fisheries have a great potential in food production, employment, and export in Turkey. In this review, the Fisheries Management System of Turkey was introduced by the main following captions; Fisheries Sectors in Turkey, Fisheries Management Regime in Turkey, Regulation on Fishing and Aquaculture, Post-Harvest Use, Fishery Sector Performance, and Fishery Sector Development.
